Decision Support Paper (DSP) Definition Informs senior decision makers about the facts regarding aerospace issues of National, state, or local importance.  Crisply articulates an issue  Identifies and defines decision alternatives  Describes the impact of the alternatives on decision criteria Does NOT  Advocate for or recommend a position  Rank decision criteria (relative value is subjective)  Rank decision alternatives (depends on subjective valuation of potentially competing objectives)
