3  To Upgrade the Syllabi of BBA Courses  To update and restructure the curriculum to meet the needs and requirements of the society  To make the BBA syllabi more Flexible, interactive and modular to match the current scenario wherein all knowledge is interdisciplinary.  To Model curricula to take care of lacuna, defects/shortcomings in existing one and to develop a new model which is in tune:- with recent developments in subject,  To introduce innovative concepts

7 BUSINESS LAW-I Subject Content which is outdated Justification Factories Act It may be included in BBA III as part of Industrial Relations and Labor Legislation and excluded from BBA I as it is part of Labour laws so may be taken under that head. Partnership Act 1932 It may be deleted as it is already covered under twelfth and in BBA also it is taught in Business organization management. Or amendments should be incorporated in the text book. Consumer Protection Act As it is an important act as it provides knowledge to students regarding protection of Consumers And how to Check Business Malpractices. The Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 : It may again be included as it is one of the important form of business organization and this act has come into force recently. RTI Act, 2005 For gaining information about the activities, events in the particular organization.

Can assist the general public in better interpretation of the rights bestowed upon them and spread awareness by carrying out researches on various legal rights and aspects involved affecting socio- economic factors. Attempt to resolve important legal questions affecting business interest and helping them to apply the same to avoid conflicts with persons whom one comes in business contacts. Interactions will expose them to varied perceptions of law and will sensitizes them on various socio-legal issues so as to meet the demands of challenging field.

12 - Auditing and income tax are two subjects that are required for corporate sector job eligibility. - So both these subjects should be added in the courses curriculum. - One subject in BBA II and BBA III can be added.

13 INDUSTRIAL RELATION AND LABOUR LAW ADDED JUSTIFICATION Factories Act It may be included in BBA III as part of Industrial Relations and Labor Legislation and excluded from BBA I as it is part of Labour laws so may be taken under that head. *Payment of Bonus Act may be included *Minimum Wages Act may be included *Payment of Gratuity Act may be included It may be included as they are part of Labour laws and needed to be covered under the subject.. Nature of Labour force: its structure, forms. Employment trends of Labour force in public private sector in detail may be included to understand the nature of present labour force and various dynamics that affect the industrial relations. Students need to be acquainted with history of labour and its growth and development over an era to understand the role played by IR.

14 Industrial Democracy: concepts and scopes of industrial democracy, Worker’s participation: Strategy, practices, behavioural science input/contribution and models. Rationale for participation, Issues in participation, strategies for making participation work and making participation more effective. To have an insight regarding the gap that has narrowed down over a period of time through concept of evolution of industrial democracy. Comparative Industrial Relations: principles of comparative analysis, variables of comparative analysis (culture, values, ideologies, politico- economic structure) Experience of UK, Yugoslavia, West Germany, Scandinavian countries and Japan. Labour Welfare: Rationale need and requirements. To have a global and comparative view and understanding of Industrial relation prevalent. ILO:- International Labour Organisation its structure, functions, procedure, formation in detail may be included To have an understanding of international working of how rules and regulations are framed and introduced As it is International organization that frames the international labour laws so students need to know the details of the same.
