1. From the home screen, click on Commercial Lines

2. This is the home screen for the commercial section. Hold mouse over “Our Appetite”

3. Select “Submission Guidelines”

4. You are now in the commercial submit list. You can search 1 of 4 ways but the most popular is classification key words. On the search by, click on the drop down arrow.

5. Select “Classification Keyword”

6. Remember, less is more. Now search for the business classification. Beverage Store = Bev then hit submit.

7. Search for classification on left then check on the right. Remember, red = Stop, Anything Green or Yellow, Utica wants to look at.

8. Remember, All BOP’s WC and 95% of the commercial auto can be done on-line using commercial edge. If green or yellow under any line, jump to “Quote in Commercial Edge now”

9. From Commercial Edge Home screen, click on create new account.

10. Select the line of business your looking to quote. Enter effective date than hit “Next”.

11. Search for Primary Business Class. Can do by keyword search (remember, less is more), sic code or select from the drop down list.

12. If using the drop down, click on the correct class.

13. Check for Eligibility. Enter Sales now answer the questions. Now hit Next.

14. Enter account information, then continue.
