3 More Location Cork is off the northwest coast of Europe. 

4 Place The climate is mild and changeable with abundant rainfall and a lack of temperature extremes.

5 More Place RIVERS: River Lee-Cork is built on it which divides into two channels at the western end. River Foyle-Forms the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland. These are only two, but there are a lot more

6 Buildings, structures, landmarks CATHEDRALS: St. Mary’s Cathedral-often referred to as the North Cathedral St. Finbarre’s- more popular, Protestant  St. Finbarre’s St. Mary’s 

7 More landmarks St. Patrick’s street-main street of the city, main shopping street. The street is curved because it was originally built over River Lee and Lee is curved.

8 Church Tower of Shandon It is a church located in Shandon in Cork. The tower is 120ft tall and the glass windows are 7ft thick. There is a famous clock on the top, known as the Four Faced Liar because there are four different faces on it. This is the view you get from the top.

19 Road N25 The section of the road around Cork city forms the Southern Ring Road dual- carriageway. It is the national primary road in Ireland and it runs mostly through Cork.
