15 1.Provide information The teacher, instructor, trainer or educator provide the information to the learner through the various educational media: in-person teaching, books, tapes, CBT or WBT.

16 2. Re-enforce with exercises Student is given exercises to perform to practice and re-enforce what was learned Exercises are seldom done when the learner is doing self-study by reading a book or listening to an audio tape. In these situations, the learner may re-enforce through repetition

17 3. Review information Answers to the exercises are then given with explanations to clarify the information and to help review the material.

18 4. Verify knowledge Students are given a test to verify what they have learned and to measure the success of the instruction.

Qualitative research - Use language to explain teaching phenomena that has complex specific characters. - It consist of observe technique, case study and interview.

23 IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION PSYCHOLOGY Provide knowledge on theories and psychology principles to teachers to practice it in classroom. Give knowledge on students behavior so that teachers can avoid discipline problem in classroom effectively. Completing psychology knowledge on student attitude to help teachers create their healthy personality and positive self-concept with better guidance.

Give better understanding on student nature and needs to help teachers use effective motivation techniques and create good relationship between teacher-student.
