What is the Patient Status?

Focused H&P uNo obvious head injury, PERRLA uNo JVD or tracheal tugging, C-spine non-tender u≠ Chest expansion, crepitus, lung sounds R. uAbdomen soft, pelvis stable uOpen L. femur fracture uAbrasions and small laceration on R. arm uPulse = 100, BP 110/68, RR = 32 uMedic alert tag for Coumadin use Confirm or dispute your initial severity determination.
