8. CHƯƠNG TRÌNH SÀNG LỌC K CTC  Xây dựng mạng lưới 32 tỉnh từ 1993.  Huấn luyện: lớp soi CTC, lớp TB CTC.  100% tỉnh – thành có máy soi + pap’s.  40% quận huyện có máy soi + pap’s.  Tổn thương nhẹ điều trị tại chỗ hoặc chuyển về BV Từ Dũ.
