3 1. What is FCS ? FCS is Fluorescence/Fluctuation Correlation Spectroscopy Suggested 1972, and Renaissance 1990s Calculate correlation function from time dependant intensity fluctuation of dye molecule by confocal microscopy in single molecule level.
