23 Summary ・ I explained about super-resolution microscopes such as STED, PALM, and STORM. ・ We formed fluorescence spots smaller than the diffraction limit size. ・ Fluorescence spots isotropically became smaller with the doughnut beam irradiation. UV Vis.
