Our vision is a truly just, healthy and peaceful world. From a first response to the Springhill mining disaster in 1958 and famine in India in 1959, PWRDF has been an instrument of faith and action. PWRDF connects Anglicans in Canada to communities around the world in dynamic partnerships to advance development, to respond to emergencies, to assist refugees, and to act for positive change. We have learned from partners more than we can ask, imagine or tell--about equality, mutual decision-making, care for the environment and solidarity with the oppressed. These are the values that guide our work and which we seek in partnerships. We invite you to join us in this movement for justice, health and peace.
