9. SAME SEX MARRIAGE 2 nd – “no State shall be required to give effect to a law of any other State with respect to a same-sex "marriage."

10. MARRIAGE Under Federalism, is this law constitutional?

14. SAME SEX MARRIAGE Article IV, Section 1 “Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.” What does this mean? It is about COOPERATION among the states.
