5 How did it start ?  About ten years ago. How big is it ?  12 countries included.  TPP Allies will form the world's largest trade union, which account for 40% of global GDP.

6 Who benefits most ?  For the same time participate in TPP and ASEAN trade integration of emerging Asian countries to help the most, such as Vietnam and Malaysia. What are the criticisms ?  The negotiations have been conducted in secret.  Pave the way for companies to sue governments that change policy on, say, health and education to favour state-provided services.

7 China Left out China economic experts do not agree with this argument. Obama said : "When more than 95 percent of our potential customers live abroad, we can not allow countries like China to develop global economic rules.

8 Biotech Dispute TPP trade deal : Even more bad news for biotech industry.  Aims to remove barriers and set standards for the price of rising to the specialized drug treatment.  The 12 countries can decide between two biotech exclusivity options.

9  As a result of the New TPP trade deal, more patients could afford new biologic drugs for anything.  The market reaction within biotech to the final TPP deal hasn’t been rosy, though the trade agreement still has to make its way through Congress.

10 Tense Issues If countries join the TPP, it may affect local industries such as: Automotive industry and agriculture. Tariffs will be reduced, or even tax-free. It will result in the local industry and face unmarketable or cause local country GDP decline.

11 Taiwan hope to fight for joining the " Trans- Pacific Partnership“. But because of geopolitical relationship with China, what Taiwanese want to join depends on the China.
