9. Evidence from New Testament Mark No account of birth Starts with public ministry No contradictions Mk. 14:61-62 Jesus claimed he was the Christ

10. Evidence from New Testament Luke Told that she would have a son “How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?” Luke 1:34 V. 35 “called the Son of God”

11. “And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,” Luke 3:23

12. Evidence from New Testament John Does not expressly mention birth Begins with pre-existence of Christ with God

13. 1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. John 1:1-2 ============================ 14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

14. If Jesus was the son of Joseph how could he be the “Only begotten from the father”? Jn.3:16 Only through the virgin birth could the divine and human natures of Christ be united in one person.

19.  If not true then Christ is not supernatural  If virgin birth falls, then down goes Christianity  Gospel rests upon the doctrine of the birth of Christ to a virgin !
