2. Finance and administration in Project Period 3 Submitted Periodic Management Report for project period 2 – February 2007. Received our third pre-financing from the Commission – 1 November 2007 (Periodic Reports have thus been approved). Payments made to the partners – November 2007. 7 partners did not receive full payment as documents to the Periodic Management Report was submitted after deadline. Partner 17 NERI merged with Aarhus University 1 January 2007. A a request for contract amendment to include Aarhus University as a new partner 45 in the consortium has thus been sent to the Commission.

3. Coming tasks in Project period 4 Submit the Periodic Management Report for project period 3 to the Commission by 15 Feburary 2008. Deadlines for partners: 25th January for cost budget and person-month tables 1st February for Form C and audit certificate Information and templates will be sent to the Financial Officers by the mid December. For the partners who require to submit an audit certificate; Please contact your auditors as soon as possible and agree on a time schedule so that the certificates can be submitted to the Coordinator on time

Financial follow-up in the final project periods According to the consortium agreement the General Assembly or the Executive Board will agree on any reallocations of the budget between partners (more than 10% of the total budget – General Assembly, less than 10% - the Executive Board) Financial reports in month 42 and 54 from the partners (in addition to the Periodic Management Report), or at any other time if required by the Executive Board.
