ADD-02B: Replaces the 269A and ADD-02 forms. The 269A and ADD-02 forms remain available in OLDC so customers may view archived information to reference prior year data. Coming Soon! Shortly after the release of OLDC 3.0, the following forms will be added to OLDC. –ACF – 204: Annual report on TANF Programs and State Maintenance- of-Effort Programs. –ACF – 196TR: TANF Territory Financial Report.

11 Notification Messages Unsubmitting previously submitted reports –E-mail notifications are sent to Grants Office staff with “notify” rights when previously submitted report forms are unsubmitted. –Grantees receive a pop-up message alerting them that they may not be able to re-submit without contacting ACF for an extension if the due date has passed.

Assignment Delegation

13 Assignment Delegation Benefits –Fewer screens to navigate Several screens are combined to lessen time needed to assign permissions Navigation tree allows administrator to directly click on a program, grantee, or report in order to add permissions –Improved visual representations of customer’s permissions

14 Assignment Delegation: Roles and Assignments Screen The “Edit Current User” list and the “Add New User” function appear side by side on the screen. A new “Search Users” box is added just above the “Edit Current Users” list. –Enables customers to search for an existing user by typing both their last name and first name.

15 Assignment Delegation: Roles and Assignments Screen Action buttons are moved under the “Edit Current User” list and “Add New User” function. –Person Search button is now located under the “Add New User” function. –Assign Job Type, Customize Capabilities, and Authorize Job Type buttons are replaced with Edit Assignments button.

16 Assignment Delegation: Add Federal Users Federal OLDC Leads with appropriate permissions are now able to create other federal users without first contacting their GATES PA or OLDC technical staff. –It is no longer required for federal staff to have a GATES account before using OLDC. IMPORTANT  Ensure a user does not already exist in the system by doing the following:  Search for customer in the “Edit Current User” list  Click Person Search and search by Name or E-mail address.

17 Assignment Delegation: Add Federal Users If the new user already has a record in GATES or in the Payroll system, add them via Person Search. –This may be done by a Federal or Contract user with the necessary permissions.

18 Assignment Delegation: Primary Contact The checkbox Primary Contact is added to the new “Assign Programs” screen. –If the Primary Contact box is checked, the user’s name and contact information displays on the Report Form Status page.
