1. BT Wholesale Tags on the Line Portal How to Raise a Tags Query

2. To raise a new tags query click the link in the left hand menu.

3. Enter the telephone number and click submit.

4. Check the response to confirm if there is already a service on the line. Where available click ‘here’ to raise a tag query if necessary.

5. Enter the customer’s name, address and postcode. The telephone number should be pre-populated.

6. Enter any additional information in relation to your query and click ‘raise query’.

7. You will be given a Tags Query reference
