Dual Enrollment: 3 and 4 year old students who qualify for Sped can be enrolled in public and private school and still receive Sped services.

12 Things to Know Ch 8 Students do not have to receive formal “due process” before removing them for extracurricular activities. Texas allows corporal punishment as long as the district does.
