12 Safety Pamphlet (option B) As a group, read over and discuss your assigned safety topic folder. Further information can also be found in the class textbook. As a group design a flyer, pamphlet, brochure, or other visual that is colorful, creative, eye-catching, and informative.  IT IS NOT JUST A BUNCH OF WORDS.  Imagine that it is being handed out at a safety fair or in a Doctor’s office.  Keep information short and to the point. Use proper grammar and spelling. Be prepared to do about a 1 minute presentation of this information to the class so plan and organize your group presentation.  Show the visual item that your group made, but only tell the workbook information.  Make this something you would like to listen to and read. If you think that you would be bored listening to or giving the information, than it needs to be changed. After your presentation, give your visual to the teacher.

13 Health and Wellness Guidelines and Safety Guidelines Research each topic using: The class textbook, checking out a packet that has copied off information, or using a search engine on the web.
