4  Reminder – shift in Policy Development Calendar  Allows for a 6 month period between Board meetings  Shorten public comment to 60 days  Proposals discussed today may be considered by the Board in June 2015  Fall 2015: mid-August - mid-October Regional Business

5  Tentative fall meeting date: September 25, 2015  Survey distributed two weeks ago regarding regional meeting location  Met in Dallas for over a decade  Summer 2011 voted to change the meeting location  Currently meet in Dallas in the spring and Houston in the fall Regional Business

6 Regional Meeting Location Survey Results 67% of responders want to reconsider the meeting location

7  Nominations reviewed by Regional Nominating Committee and ballot developed (7 representatives)  December 2014 – Election held  March/April – Review Period  April 2015 – Committee appointments announced  July 2015 – Committee terms begin 2015 OPTN/UNOS Committee Appointment Process
