7 Click on Search to list of all Tenders

8 Click on any Specific Tender to see detail of that Tender

9 These are the detail of the Tender.Scroll down to see more detail

10 Click on Action Page to Proceed

11 Click on Proceed to Continue

12 To Pay Tender Cost click on Go

13 Select Demand Draft and then Click on Make Payment

14 Fill all the Textbox and Click on Save

15 Click on Validate Payment for Validation

16 Click on the Done to Go to Next Step

17 Click on Go to Pay Earnest Money

18 Select Demand Draft and Click on the Make Payment

19 Fill all Text Box and then click on Save

20 Click on Validate Payment to check Validation

21 Click on Done to go to Next Step

22 Select Submit Common Forms and Click on Go

23 Click on tick mark to submit the Form

24 Click on the Submit Button

25 Click on the Form List

26 Click on second red tick mark to submit the form

27 Click on the Submit Button

28 Click on Form List to go Back

29 Now select Submit Work Data and Click on Go

30 Click on the tick mark to Submit the Bid

31 Click on the Decrypt Button

32 Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

33 Type your Password set for Digital Certificate and click on OK

34 Click on the Encrypt Button

35 Click on the Submit Button to submit your Bid

36 Click on the Work List to go Back

37 Click on Tick Mark to submit another Bid

38 Click on the Decrypt Button

39 Select Your Digital Certificate and click on OK

40 Type your Password for set for Digital Certificate and click on OK

41 Click on the Encrypt Button

42 Click on Submit Button to Submit your Bid

43 Click on the Work List to Go Back

44 Now Select Submit BOQ Data

45 Click on tick mark to view the BOQ

46 This is the BOQ of the Work. click on Quit Button below this Page to Go Back

47 Select Upload Additional Documents if you want to Upload any Document

48 Click on Add Doc Button

49 Click on the Browse Button

50 Select your File and click on Open

51 Click on the Upload Button

52 To add another Document click on Add Doc

53 Click on the Browse Button

54 Select your File and Click on Open

55 Click on the Upload Button

56 Select Submit Work forms and Click on Go

57 Click on the Done to Complete the Process

58 Your Tender has been submitted. To Get a receipt click on Complete.

59 Click on tick mark to get Payment Receipt

60 Click on the Print to get Print Out of the Receipt. Click on Exit to Go Back

61 Click on tick mark in front of Submission Receipt get the detail

62 Click on the Print to get Print Out of the Receipt. Click on Exit to Go Back

63 Click on the Exit Button to Go Back

64 Click on the Logout link to Logout

65 You have completed the step of Re-encryption of Online Bid Process which is equivalent to putting the Tender Document in the Tender Box
