MANAGING CHANGE CHANGING PEOPLE  Few “people” problems can be solved quickly. Importance of:  Leadership and management: communication, creating awareness, maintaining support  Engaging and motivating staff: individual job plans and appraisal and incentive systems; recognition of work done and delegation  Training!
