Report on IT2008 Revision Moving Forward – Collect information from academics through personal contacts, particularly this from the SIGITE community – Conduct a survey (via ACM) directed toward computing industry practitioners and technologists with a majority from non-US industries – Report to Ed Board by early 2014 Expected Recommendation – Convey findings from exploratory group – Form a new committee (task group) – New committee must be Diverse Inclusive Industry representation Non-US members and involvement
