All rights reserved. 2 Overview  The STUC tool is a script that will gather important information about the Cisco Unity Connection Server that can assist in the trouble shooting process.  Can only be accessed through the CLI.  CLI first available in UCNX 8.0.  Is backwards compatible*, but requires manuals steps & remote support access.  Typically will be ran by a Cisco TAC or BU Escalation engineer.  Very similar to the Cisco Unity Gather Unity System Information Tool (GUSI).  Display output is to the console only (Cut/Paste or Buffer capture).
