To access account settings, start on then go to Technology and (Click) KW .

This is your homepage for account settings. To request address, (Click) click Sign Up.

Submit your request on this page. Please note, your address must be between 4 and 16 characters long, must start with a letter, must be lowercased, and may not contain any Keller Williams trademarks. (Click) Request

Once you have submitted your request for address, your request will pend approval. Be sure your new address is approved BEFORE ordering any printed materials.
Please check back on this page for your approval in 24 to 48 hours.

6. Server Settings for Most Email Clients

Outgoing Server
Gmail SMTP Instructions:
You can also set up your address using POP and/or IMAP settings using most clients such as Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Yahoo, your mobile devices, etc.
KW is not set up to provide your outgoing service. For security reasons, KWRI only provides incoming access. If a user’s device is compromised, then our outgoing server could be as well. Even a single compromised KW account could lead to major data privacy issues. This would also put all KW.com users at risk of being blacklisted (blocked) by several major providers, rendering them unable to send or receive communication from clients and colleagues.
