2. High School NECAP Overview New England Common Assessment Program (NECAP) assesses 11th grade students at HHS. NECAP is given only at 11th grade in high school. It is not possible to follow a cohort. The test is based on New Hampshire Grade- Span Expectations (GSE’s) for high school students. SAT & ACT are most relevant to HHS students.
