Tabled until 2013 or beyond. AB 282 (Asm. Oceguera) – Concealed Weapons –Reinstates Brady Exemption. Effective 7/1/2011. SB 491 (Sen. Revenue) – Various Revenue Measures including Court Assessment Diversion –Died in Committee.

4. 10-6-114 2009 NARIP Grant - DPS System Enhancements to Brady and Protection Order Applications –Starting October 2011 & completion Fall 2012 Fingerprint Card Conversion services –Manual to digital format ~ 300,000 images –Allows for searching –Started September 2011 & completion Spring 2012 Task Force for Records Improvement –Assess completeness/availability of NICS records –Identify reasons for incomplete NICS records –Develop a Statewide NICS Act Record Improvement Plan
