3. Success Criteria  I MUST be able to say how life in Shakespeare’s time is different to my own.  I SHOULD be able to work in a group.  I COULD provide pictures to help make my presentation interesting.

Starter Activity  Write a list of the activities that you do on an average day in your exercise book.  e.g. Wake up at 7:00am Have a shower Have a shower Get dressed Get dressed Eat breakfast-cereal and toast Eat breakfast-cereal and toast Leave the house at 8:00 Leave the house at 8:00 Get the tube to school Get the tube to school

6. Task 1  You will need to be in groups for the next task.  Your teacher will provide you with the information that you will need on worksheets. worksheets  Read through the information that you have been given.

7. Task 2  Now that you have read all of the information, you will have to decide how your group is going to present it to the rest of the class.  You have this lesson to prepare your presentation and will have to present it next lesson.

8. Plenary  Write a brief paragraph explaining how life was different in Shakespeare’s time. Use the information that you have been given to help you.
