3 Recap of definitions conformity  Which type of conformity are the examples showing????  Make sure you can explain why you’ve made that choice – there’s not necessarily any right or wrong answer! BONUS POINTS! Which type of social influence is being demonstrated in the examples?

5 Research into conformity  Read the study carried out by Asch provided  Highlight the key points  Summarise these to add to your template in your booklets (no more than 5 key points per section!!!)  EVALUATION – answer the questions on the next page – use these to identify strengths and weaknesses of the research.  REAL-LIFE APPLICATION – read up on Kitty Genovese scenario and answer attached questions.

6 To finish…  Put the cards into the correct order for Asch’s experiment – race against the clock!
