3. The Victims of an Oil Spill  Birds could get their wings dirty and heavy and if that happened, they wouldn’t be able to fly. It could also poison fish and in turn, us. I’ve only mentioned a few here.

4. Rigs  Rigs are big platforms with drills that dig into the earth for oil. First it starts drilling. When they reach oil, they suck it up through the drill.

5. The Rigs Drill  The oil rig drill can act as a pipe with a drill on one end. It drills into the earth and then sucks up the oil. Hope I don’t spill any oil!

6. How do People Clean Up Oil Spills?  There are a few different ways to clean oil spills. One way is to put a chemical in the sea. This chemical breaks the oil down. This also destroys the oil. This chemical doesn’t even harm fish. But if you spill oil, you don’t want it to spread, do you? For that, when people drill for oil, they put a barrier around the drill to stop spilt oil from spread. Your not going anywhere, oil! Aww, man!
