All these activities were based on the roughly prepared nucleic acid preparations. During the first CEP project supported by WUS, the Department of Biochemistry made a step forward to the contemporary biochemistry science through the active implementation of the molecular biology techniques predominantly aimed at the protein expression level.  Financial support:  11 062 EUR by WUS Austria
