4 WP 3 – IMPLEMENTATION OF REFORMED AND NEW STUDY PROGRAMS 3.1 BA and MA programs implemented – IN PROGRESS* 3.2 PhD programs implemented – NOT DONE* 3.3 Student mobility accomplished – IN PROGRESS* 3.4 Student placements accomplished – PARTIALLY DONE* Notice: The most significant WP for all WB academic partners. Every possible effort should be made to complete this activities by all means!

5 WP 4 – DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LLL COURSES 4.1 LLL center at one PC institution strengthened - DONE 4.2 LLL courses for non-academic partners defined - DONE 4.3 LLL courses implemented – DONE WP 4 is almost completed, almost by all partners who had this as a Project task (UA, UKG, UNSA, SPU, MOB, UKS)

6 WP 5 QUALITY CONTROLL AND MONITORING OF THE PROJECT 5.1 Implementing quality control procedures – IN PROGRESS 5.2 Student feedback – IN PROGRESS 5.3 Feedback from non academic partners – IN PROGRESS 5.4 Peer reviews of curriculum and content of courses – IN PROGRESS 5.5 Collection, analysis, communication and use of information on physical and financial progress of the project and on the achievement of results – CONTINOUS ACTIVITY - The meeting of the PBQCAM was held in Belgrade and questionnaires are designed to bee filled in by the partner institutions representatives (among other things). Notes from this meeting will be published on the web site next week

7 WP 6 DISSEMINATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS 6.1 Establishment of the Forum of the music high education institutions (students concert, students conference, teachers conference) – DONE 6.2 Annual realization of the workshop - DONE 6.3 Annual Meetings of the music students union of WB institutions – NOW FINALY HAPPENING 6.4 Setting up and maintenance of the web site(s) – DONE 6.5 Creation and maintenance of the alumni association – IN PROGRESS 6.6 Preparation of promotional material, preparation and organization of media coverage, info days for future students – DONE, CONSTANT ACTIVITY
