2. Type in SSAXLST in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Schedule Cross List Definition form 1. Type in or select Term. 2. Click Cross List Group Identifier drop down arrow.

4. Schedule Cross List Query form Click Execute Query.

5. Schedule Cross List Query form 1. You will need a two- character code to be your Cross List Group Identifier. Look through the codes already existing. Choose any other combination. 2. Exit form.

6. Schedule Cross List Definition form 1. Type your two- digit code in the field. 2. Click Next Block.

7. Schedule Cross List Definition form 1. Enter maximum enrollment: total of all cross listed sections. 2. Click Next Block.

8. Schedule Cross List Definition form 1. Enter each CRN you are cross listing. 2. Click Save. 3. Exit form.
