IEEE Central Texas Section Officer Elections l Chapters that did not send me the election results l Life Austin, E25, TM Austin, TM SA (0 in 2014) l ED15 (no Chair at this moment) l CPMT Chair mentioned that 2014 is inactive and can not find replacement. He does not want to serve as the Chair but can help if someone wants to take a lead. l Other problems (I did not receive IEEE member numbers, or the officer is not an active IEEE member, or not a member of the Society, etc.) l Computer Austin, CPMT, IM, SMC, COM/SP Austin

IEEE Central Texas Section vTools and L31 Report l vTools l Schedule your meetings, workshops, construct website. l Registration statistics and sign-up sheet. l Filing L31 report is much easier. l Chapter officers should have access to vTools. l http://meetings.vtools.ieee.org/main l Use your IEEE user name and password l Please file L31 reports for all your meetings (including ones you did not schedule with vTools) l 2 technical meetings are required for regular chapters. l Try to change professional meetings to technical meetings (not PACE funded) l When you create new L31 report from existing ones for a joint meeting, remember to “change your organization units” l Duplicated entries for same event submitted by different people
