9 Look! Docs, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Forms, Folders!

10 Create a New Document Name it Tech Training information Type in the date at the top You should now see it in your documents! Open the document and make a change!

11 Find revisions! From your home page for docs, check the document you wish to see revisions on, go to More Actions > Revisions. Click on Revisions

12 Changes and Revisions automatically saved! Great way for the teacher to see who has done what or even to revert back to a former version.

13 Think about Students working together on their writing projects! Note: You can insert comments into their work! Insert Comment

14 Invite Collaborators! Group work takes on new meaning! Makes it hard to tell you anything but the truth when you can look at everything that has been done! More importantly, they can work together on projects and give each other feedback.

15 Organization Set up folders for each class and use the standard naming convention. Also can give students different names so their real names don’t appear on the list.

16 Familiar Toolbars! Edit Menu allows you to make changes, cut, copy, and paste.
