State Payments for Equipment and Industry Certification Allocations for Fiscal Year 2013 Reimbursement requests for school year 2012-2013 State Lottery funds are paid in installments on a semi-monthly recurring basis, based on the number of state payment dates remaining through the end of the state fiscal year (June 30, 2013). First state funds payments for State Equipment reimbursement requests were posted for payment beginning on February 1, 2013.
