(Pro. 16:32) أكتر فضيلة مفيدة فى العالم. احنا بنحتاجها دايماً، وفى كل مكان. Is the most useful virtue in the world. We need it all the time, and we need it everywhere. باختبار صبرنا، ربنا بيدينا صبر حقيقي. By “testing”our patience, God gives us true patience. الصبر Patience

4. رنات التليفون ، عندك ميعاد وضيوف تصل تعطلك...... Phone rings, you are working on a deadline and visitors arrive………. حينئذ قدم اليه اولاد لكي يضع يديه عليهم و يصلي فانتهرهم التلاميذ. (مت 19: 13 ،14) Then little children were brought to Him that He might put [His] hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. 5. إحنا عاوزين الحاجة فى ثواني، وعاوزين المعلومات فوراً............... We want what we want in seconds. We also want our information on the spot…… و اما مرثا فكانت مرتبكة في خدمة كثيرة فوقفت و قالت يا رب اما تبالي بان اختي قد تركتني اخدم وحدي فقل لها ان تعينني. (لو 10: 40) But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me". (Lu. 10:40) هل انت صابر بالرغم من المضايقه؟ Are you patient despite the inconvenience? (2) مضايقات (2) Inconveniences (2) مضايقات (2) Inconveniences

6. زحمة المرور، الصفوف الطويلة، المكالمات التليفونية، الأكل البارد.. Traffic jams, long lines, phone calls, cold food,... و كلم الرب موسى قائلا: خذ العصا و اجمع الجماعة انت و هرون اخوك و كلما الصخرة امام اعينهم ان تعطي ماءها فتخرج لهم ماء من الصخرة و تسقي الجماعة و مواشيهم.... و جمع موسى و هرون الجمهور امام الصخرة فقال لهم اسمعوا ايها المردة امن هذه الصخرة نخرج لكم ماء. و رفع موسى يده و ضرب الصخرة بعصاه مرتين فخرج ماء غزير فشربت الجماعة و مواشيها. (عد20: 7-11) Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,."Take the rod; you and your brother Aaron gather the congregation together. Speak to the rock before their eyes, and it will yield its water;…And Moses and Aaron gathered the assembly together before the rock; and he said to them, "Hear now, you rebels! Must we bring water for you out of this rock?". Then Moses lifted his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod; and water came out abundantly, and the congregation and their animals drank. (Nu. 20:7-11) (3) إثارة- إغاظه (3) Irritations (3) إثارة- إغاظه (3) Irritations تعًّلم الإستجابه إيجابياً للغضب هتقدر تحول الغضب للآلئ. Learning to respond to irritations positively will enable you to transform your irritations into pearls.

7. أغلبنا يفضل انه يعمل أي شئ ما عدا الإنتظار. Most of us would rather do anything but wait. كل ايام جهادي اصبر الى ان ياتي بدلي. 8. “ مرض الإستعجال ” “The Hurry sickness” المستعجل برجليه يخطا. (أم 19: 2) he sins who hastens with [his] feet. (Pro.19:2) (4) عدم عمل شئ (4) Inactivity (4) عدم عمل شئ (4) Inactivity

9. إيه اللى يسبب عدم الصبر؟ قلة السلام What causes impatince? A lack of peace. لما مايكنش عندك سلام فى قلبك، غالباً أى حاجة ممكن تخليك مش صابر. When you don’t have peace in your heart, almost anything can make you impatient. و اما ثمر الروح فهو محبة فرح سلام طول اناة لطف صلاح ايمان. (غل5: 22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,. 11. يبدأ بتغيير طريقة نظرتك لبعض الأشياء Begins by changing the way you view something. I need to learn to see things from other people’s points of view…, my partner’s point of view, my child’s point of view….. محتاج اتعلم اشوف الأشياء من وجهة نظر الناس...، وجهة نظر شريكي، وجهة نظر طفلي..... When I’m impatient, I have a limited perspective. All I see is myself: my needs, my desires, my goals, my wishes, my schedule, and how people are messing up my life…..selfishness. لما بكون مش صابر، بيبقى عندي وجهة نظر محدودة. كل حاجة شايف نفسي : إحتياجاتي، رغباتي، أهدافي، اللي عاوزه، جدولي، وإزاي الناس بتلخبطلي حياتي...... أنانية إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective Patience: الصبر:

12. تعقل الانسان يبطئ غضبه. (أم 19: 11) The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger, And his glory [is] to overlook a transgression. (Pro. 19:11) رؤية الحياة من وجهة نظر الله. Seeing life from God’s point of view. تعقل الإنسان ( الحكمة ) Wisdom إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective

13. من وجهة النظر هذه: From that perspective: 1- أنا مجرد إنسان مش ربنا 1- I am only human; I am not God 2- مافيش حد غيره مثالي 2- No one else is perfect either 3- ربنا مسيطر 3- God is in control إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective لست مثالي ، ولست مسيطر. I am not perfect, and I am not in control. من الرب خطوات الرجل اما الانسان فكيف يفهم طريقه. (أم 20: 24) A man's steps [are] of the LORD; How then can a man understand his own way?.(Pro. 20:24) Divine delays, heavenly interruptions, irritating people around us….

14. بطيء الغضب كثير الفهم و قصير الروح معلي الحمق. ( أم 14:29) [He who is] slow to wrath has great understanding, But [he who is] impulsive exalts folly. (Pro. 14:29) الصبر علامة النضج. Patience is a mark of maturity. إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective إكتشف وجهة نظر جديدة Develop a new perspective أغلب الأطفال ما يعرفوش الفرق بين ”لا“ و ”ومش دلوقتي“. النضج يتطلب القدرة على الإنتظار. Most children don’t know the difference between “no” and “not yet”. Maturity involves the ability to wait….

15. حياة الجسد هدوء القلب. (أم 14: 30) A sound heart [is] life to the body. (Pro.14:30) المرح يدوب التوتر. ودواء للقلق. Humor is a tension dissolver. It is an cure to anxiety. Acquire a sense of humor إكتسب طبع مرح لو قدرت تضحك في المشكلة، هتقدر تعيش فيها. لو اتعلمت تضحك فى المشاكل، هيبقى مافيش حاجة أبداً تحرمك من الضحك. If you can smile when you’re in a trouble, you will be able to live with it. If you learn to smile when you’re in a trouble, nothing will deprive you from smiling.

16. عاوز تبقى زي ربنا أكتر؟ اتعلم تضحك. Do you want to be more like God? Learn smiling. القلب الفرحان يطيب الجسم و الروح المنسحقة تجفف العظم. (أم 17: 22) A merry heart does good, [like] medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones. (Prov. 17:22) إكتسب طبع مرح Acquire a sense of humor إكتسب طبع مرح Acquire a sense of humor

17. المحبة تتانى و ترفق (1كو13: 4) Love suffers long [and] is kind.(1Cor. 13:4) لما هتحب حد هتهتم باحتياجاته، رغباته، اللى مأذمه، وجهة نظره. When you love someone, you will care about that person’s needs, desires, hurts, and point of view. بكل تواضع و وداعة و بطول اناة محتملين بعضكم بعضا في المحبة. (أف 4: 2) with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,. (Eph. 4:2) عَمِّق محبتك Deepen your love لما هتتملي من الحب، مافيش حاجه هتستفذك للغضب ومفيش حاجه تخليك مش صبور. When you are filled with love, almost nothing can provoke you to anger or cause you to be impatient.

18. المحبة مش مشاعر ، لكنها اختيار وتصرفات. Love is not a feeling; it’s a choice. And an action. لو اتعلمت تسبيح ربنا فى كل المواقف، هتخلى التسبيح يحوط حياتك حتى الشيطان ميقدرش يؤثر فيك. If you learn to praise God in every situation, you will develop a wall of praise around your life that even the devil cannot penetrate. عَمق محبتك Deepen your love عَمق محبتك Deepen your love

19. الصبر مش قوة إرادة، لكنها علامة للإيمان. Patience is not willpower; patience is a form of faith. الإيمان يساعدنا إننا نشوف الحياة من وجهة نظر ربنا. الإيمان يساعدنا نقول لربنا عاوزني أعمل إيه؟ بدل ليه دا حصل؟ Faith helps us look at life from God’s point of view. Faith helps us say, “God, what do you want me to learn in this situation?” Instead of “Why did this happen?” Faith helps us look at life from God’s point of view. 20. صعب لما تبقى أنت مستعجل وربنا لأ. It is hard when you are in a hurry and God isn’t. إعتمد على ربنا Depend on the Lord إعتمد على ربنا Depend on the Lord انتظر الرب و اصبر له و لا تغر من الذي ينجح في طريقه من الرجل المجري مكايد. (مز37: 7) Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. (Ps. 37:7) الإنجيل هو كتاب الإنتظار. ليه؟ لأن الإنتظار يظهر الإيمان والإيمان يفرح ربنا. The bible is a book about waiting. Why? Because waiting demonstrates faith, and faith pleases God.

21. Why shoud we be patient? إنه جزء من شخصية السيد المسيح It is a part of Christ’s character. لأن ربنا صبور، واحنا عاوزين نبقى شبهه... احنا ولاده Because God is patient, and we are to be like him…. We are his children. اتكل على الرب و افعل الخير اسكن الارض و ارع الامانة. و تلذذ بالرب فيعطيك سؤل قلبك. سلم للرب طريقك و اتكل عليه و هو يجري. (مز 37: 3-5) Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring [it] to pass. (Ps. 37:3-5)
