SPCAA HS/EHS Monitoring Dates ▪ CLASS- Classroom Assessment Scoring System – 1 CLASS Reliable Observer will visit each Head Start classroom to observe and code teacher-child interactions. – The Observer will schedule a time in advance to visit your campus. – Observations for Fall will begin September 29 th and continue through October 31 st. ▪ Data from CLASS observations will be shared by November 17 th. – Observations for Spring will begin January 28 th and continue through February 20 th. ▪ Data from CLASS observations will be shared by March 9 th.

SPCAA HS/EHS Monitoring Dates ▪ Health and Safety Monitoring – Conducted by Associate Director, Monitoring Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor during the Month of October. – Monitoring will be conducted using the OHS Health and Safety Monitoring protocol. – Monitoring will be scheduled with each site in advance.

8. SPCAA HS/EHS Monitoring Dates ▪ Safe Environment Monitoring – Conducted by Team Leader and other Management staff – Monitoring will occur on a bi-monthly basis and scheduled with each site in advance.
