2. Belmont Transport Package The Belmont Transport Package will consist of a number of individual elements - both offline and on existing network (online). A number of options will be considered for both offline and online measures. A full appraisal of impacts of each package of measures is currently being undertaken following relevant guidance.

A total of eight options for this link have been assessed and results of this follow. Further public consultation on whole package of measures (offline and online) will follow in coming months.

Although some elements of the appraisal process have not yet been completed, it is possible at this stage to provide information on ‘emerging’ preferred offline option which will form part of overall package of measures.
