2 Description Etiquette-rules governing socially acceptable behavior. Appropriate Etiquette –Using technology in a way that benefits the user and those that are around or effected by the activity whether directly or indirectly. Inappropriate Etiquette –Using a cell phone in a group setting. –Texting at the dinner table. –Using the computer or technology when a teacher or other person is talking. –Answering the phone in the bathroom and then flushing.

3 ?Why is this needed? Unless we teach and model to students etiquette for technology students will not know how to properly use and access technology.
