6 Safety => should remain the true N°1 priority, better occurrence reporting system, just culture, EASA ETF and the staff are committed to safety Environment => implement FABs through cooperation model, Eurocontrol network management. 7 Cost => the trend is good despite difficulties. Efforts have to be pursued. However, the economic performance is not about cost reduction. It is about cost efficiency. Delays => 2010 saw increased delays because of volcano and industrial actions. Strikes could have been avoided with good social dialogue at all levels (ANSP, FAB, European).
