5 Phase 2: Master Plan for Dining Services  Existing Conditions  Market Research  Campus-Wide Survey  Address Current & Future Growth  Operations  Locations, including facility changes & improvements  Financial Models  Menus, concepts  Alternative Management Models  Meal Plans  Connection to Master Plan & Strategic Plan

6 Phase 3: RFP Process  Informed by Phase 1 & Phase 2  Evaluations, Site Visits, Interviews  Campus-Wide Committee  New Dining Services Contract  Summer 2013
