9. WHAT ARE IBDF’S CORPORATE SERVICES? IBDF can only negotiate and facilitate, on behalf of its associate members, corporate resources if such are requested in writing. When IBDF has successfully negotiated and facilitated corporate resources, on behalf of its associate members, a commission of 5% of the total project value will be paid to IBDF. © Copyright. 10. WHO CAN APPLY FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP? Interested professional individuals or corporates, who identify themselves with the corporate practices and values of IBDF, and who can add value to the collective, are invited to apply for exclusive associate membership. The lack of associate members’ participation in the activities of IBDF as a corporate network association carries the risk that there will be no individual financial, intellectual or business growth. Further to the above, there is no material risk involved in being an associate member. Individuals and/or corporates will pay an annual membership fee of $500 US Dollars per annum, for as long as the associate member needs access to the international intellectual infrastructure and corporate resources of the Group. © Copyright. 11. HOW DO I APPLY FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP? 1. Complete the International Business Development Foundation Membership Application Form that is available on the “Download Documents” section of this web site. 2. Confirm acceptance of the content of International Business Development Foundation’s Constitution that is available on the “Download Documents” section of this web site, by printing it, initialing every page, signing and dating the final page. Each page must be initialed, and the last page signed, by at least one witness. 3. Attach a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae /Company Profile. 4. Send the abovementioned documentation by registered post to IBDF. 5. Await assessment and acceptance by IBDF. 6. Pay the first annual membership fee of $500 US Dollar into the account provided on the application form. 7.
