3 The Rules 5 Major Areas of Risk Steps teens can take to substantially reduce their risk and parental worries. 1. Always wear a seatbelt 2. Avoid distractions 3. Impaired drivers 4. Inexperienced drivers 5. Unsafe drivers

4 Passenger Agreements Think about the 5 Rules! Who is your teen allowed to ride with? What are the consequences if they do not follow the rules? What are the rewards if they do follow the rules?
