Pricing strategies (= Sustainable cost recovery) ► Subsidy policies : look at water as an engine for growth & health ► Provide incentives for efficiency in water management and water use ► How to ensure affordability ? ► Assessment of appropriateness of tariff systems – (experiences from the ground)
