2 Sydenham College of Commerce &Economics. Over 100 years of excellence, a history that is as chequered as the history of the modern India. Sydenham college, the pioneer institution of the commerce education in India. Its has a remarkable record of academic and extra-curricular pursuits, the recognition and awards were bound to follow NAAC, the nationally recognized body for the assessment and accreditation of quality education, awarded ‘A’ grade to the college in 2010.

3 Brouhaha‘15  Brouhaha, meaning “organised chaos…”  70 colleges from all over India.  Our events ranging from Literary Arts, Fine Arts, Performing Arts to Informals and Telematches.  The Sydenham college festival dates back to 1985, it was called the ‘Rainbow Lane’ then, and finally in 1993 we christened what was meant to be - Brouhaha – “ Organized Chaos”

4 Our Events… Literary Arts:  This is where we separate the smart from the smarter and the smarter from the smartest. From quizzes to impromptu speaking, from JAM to debating, we nurture the means of satisfying the ever increasing thirst of all enthusiasts of all art in question. Fine Arts:  It’s said by many people that life is a form of art which is not there to be comprehended but rather nurtured and should be given the audacity to flow freely. Here at Brouhaha we aim at bringing you the true colors of life. Management World:  Management world is all about working in a team, selling what you create learning to discover the nuances of the world of management.

5 Performing Arts (Indian & Western):  Music is the food for soul; dance is the playground for music. From theatre to group dance, from Indian folk to Indian classical. You name it & we got it. This where people fight with the guitar might & with the incorporation of many unique & new events this year Brouhaha will never be the same. Computer Gaming:  Well the same says it all. It’s the prodigal child of Brouhaha, it has already made its mark among the gamers of Mumbai for nurturing the fiercest gaming competitions in Mumbai. Informals:  The center of attraction at Brouhaha during the final 3 days as the Informals stage plays host to events such as plays & mock dancing. It’s truly the place where you will see the true colors of Brouhaha.

6 Sports:  As the name suggests it will be holding sporting events ranging from basketball to tug of war, UV Cricket and many more bringing out the spirit of Sportsmanship in one and all. So be ready for the real deal. Worksops:  It’s said that there are many ways to get what you want. At Brouhaha we recognize that wants and get resources to realize them through Workshops. It’s the place where you come the first 500 miles and we show you the next 5000. That’s how it goes. Pronites:  So what does a Sydenhamite do when they are no working during Brouhaha ? Well, they will chill out at Pronites. Rock shows, Jam Sessions, Ghazal nights, Social dramas, you name it we have it. It’s our best way to thank our participants and the volunteers for their cooperation and hard work.

7 TitleSponsors What’s in store for you if you are our Title Sponsors. (Sponsorship from Rs.4-5lakhs ) Publicity Benefits for the Title Sponsorship  The sponsor get title sponsorship of Brouhaha’15. Venue Publicity:  Main Sponsor will get to place 25 Banners in and around the college premises.  Main sponsor will get to place 10 Standees in and outside the college premises.  The Main gate, Entrance and Exit of the College will contain the Main Sponsor’s Banners only in the form of Temporary Gates & The Backdrop of the Inaugural Event will contain the Name and Logo of the Main Sponsor.

8 Correspondence Publicity:  All circulars, invitation letters and other publicity materials used for publicizing Brouhaha will carry the sponsor’s name and logo.  The Outdoor Media publicity of Brouhaha’15 will contain the Name and Logo of the Sponsors. (Bright Outdoor, DSN Screens, etc.)  The promotional Material of the Main Sponsor will be displayed on the LCD Projector set up inside the college premises. (THE THEME FOR Brouhaha’15 WILL BE DECIDED AFTER CONSULATION WITH OUR MAIN SPONSOR) Announcements and Jingles:  Regular Announcements of the Name of the Main Sponsor during the Event. Jingles could also be played. (30 seconds to be provided by the sponsor )  The Radio partner used for publicizing Brouhaha will be announcing the Main Sponsors name along with Brouhaha’s promotion.

9 Print Media Publicity:  The invites sent to Principal of participating colleges all over Mumbai will contain the Name and Logo of the Main Sponsor.  The Event Booklet Passes and Invitation of Brouhaha’15 will contain the Name and Logo of the Main Sponsor.  The Name and Logo of the Main Sponsor will be printed on the T-Shirts of all the Brouhaha’15 Volunteers. (Total- 200 volunteers)

10 Product Publicity:  The Main Sponsor will be provided with a place in college premises to put up their stalls or Information Desk for the 3 days of Brouhaha’15.  The Main Sponsor will be given an option of getting a proper organized event to publicize their product. Company Paraphernalia:  Pamphlets, brochures and other paraphernalia of the sponsor to be distributed.  Company products could also be given away as prizes.

11 Co-Sponsors What’s in store for our Co-Sponsors. (sponsorship from Rs.2-3 lakhs ) Benefits Venue Publicity:  Co- Sponsors will get to place 15 Banners in and around the college premises.  Co- Sponsors will get to place 5 Standees inside the college premises.  The Backdrop of the Inaugural Event will contain the Name and Logo of the Co-Sponsors.

12 Correspondence Publicity:  All circulars, invitation letters and other publicity material, used for publicizing Brouhaha to carry the Co- Sponsor’s Name and Logo.  The Promotional Material of the Co- Sponsor will be displayed on LCD Projector set up inside the college premises.(AUDITORIUM)  The Outdoor Media publicity of Brouhaha will contain the Name and Logo of the Co- Sponsors. (Bright Outdoor, DSN Screens, etc.)

13 Announcements and Jingles:  Regular Announcements of the Name of the Co- Sponsors during the Event. Jingles could also be played. (30 seconds To be provided by the Sponsor)  Regular Announcement of the Co- Sponsor’s name on Radio Brouhaha that is to be set up inside the college premises.  The Radio partner used for publicizing Brouhaha will be announcing the Co- Sponsor’s name along with Brouhaha’s promotion.

(Total- 200)  The Annual Magazine of Sydenham College will contain the Name and Logo of the Co- Sponsors in the Brouhaha write up.

15 Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics Brouhaha Product Publicity: The Co- Sponsors will be provided with a place in college premises to put up their stalls or Information Desk for first or last three days of Brouhaha. Company Paraphernalia:  Pamphlets, brochures and other paraphernalia of the sponsor to be distributed.  Company products should be given away as prizes.

16 Associate Sponsors. What’s in store for our Associate Sponsors. (Sponsorship from Rs.1.5-2 lakhs ) Publicity Benefits Venue Publicity:  Sponsors will get to place 7 Banners in and around the college premises.  Sponsors will get to place 3 Standees inside the college premises. Correspondence Publicity:  All circulars, invitation letters and other publicity material, used for publicizing Brouhaha to carry the Co- Sponsor’s Name and Logo.  The Promotional Material of the Sponsors will be displayed on LCD Projectors set up inside the college Premises. The Outdoor Media publicity of Brouhaha will contain the Name and Logo of the Sponsors. (Bright outdoor, DSN Screens, etc.)

17 Announcements and Jingles:  Regular Announcements of the Name of the Sponsors during the Event.  Regular Announcements of the Sponsor’s name on Radio Brouhaha that is to be set up inside the college premises. Print Media Publicity:  The Event booklet, Passes and Invitation of Brouhaha will contain the Name and Logo of the Sponsors.  The Name and Logo of the Sponsors will be printed on the T- Shirts of all the Brouhaha Committee members and the Volunteers. (Total- 200)

18 Stalls:  The size of the stall would shall differ on the amount being paid.  Basic requirements such as electricity supply and the table would be provided.  The charges would be Rs.40,000/- Note To All Sponsors:  All payments will be made in the name as stated in the contract.  All sponsorship schedules/ slabs and options are subjected to change without prior notification. This is strictly a non- commercial and non- profit apolitical cause.  All these stipulations are subject are to further negotiations.
