4. CHALLENGES Financial/Logistics * Lack of funds to buy equipment * Inadequate computer pieces Local Market Capacity *Needed equipment cannot be found on local market. Capacity Building Market capacity cannot support training of manpower in country. No train personnel in country for software such as JAVA, LINUX, ORACLE, etc Lack of computer literacy skills for customs staff, customs brokers and some importers.
