Advantages of Computerized Databases Can find a specific file quickly Can alphabetize and sort data faster than most people Is as accurate as the data that is entered Can make many different types of reports

DATABASE-Steps to Sort 1. Choose the field that needs to be sorted 2. Choose either the Ascend button or the Descend button. 3. Look for the answer to the question

DATABASE-Steps to Search 1. Choose the Filter by Form button on the tool bar 2. Type in the first criteria you want to search by. Use operators when needed. 3. To create an “and” search type in your second criteria in the next field. 4. To create an “or” search click on the “or” tab at the bottom of the screen, and enter in the search criteria. 5. Click on the filter button to apply filter
