This web portal for Public administration (PAP) is created under co- operation among many state organizations and bodies of state administration on behalf of Ministry for informatics and Ministry of internal affairs of the Czech republic, Several partial web data sources for public, which are existed, must be concentrated, re-created and unified by communication among each other. On this one, which can be characterized as the process of standardization of the data sets is co/operated by CAGI too, Currently, some parts of this portal is under work, but some other are under processing, i.e. this portal has not full content, which is planned in the project proposals of this portal.

18. Many lessons learned ! Standardization is needed for: data flows (i.e. who lies under an obligation to create the data and to whom it is to be transferred. Each organisation should be obliged to create and furnish data on its decisions, and not to duplicate other organisations, if, for some reason, the rights are not delegated under clear rules), a methodology for geodata gathering, geodata content and structure, the mode of geodata supply.
