2. French Slow start break the audience's preoccupation cause them to be present mentally and physically.

3. French Ending late No one will mind if you finish a few minutes early! Prepare as if you have 10% less time. If you are running long, cut out material that is not absolutely "need to know." Don't wait until the end to cut.

4. French Asking "Are there any questions?" Tempting: "No, I don't have any questions." "Punishing" people by staying longer for the questions. Use:  "Now let’s have your questions."  "Now its time to ask those questions you have."  "What questions do you have?"
