2. Reading and Math Comparison (Including Wiesbaden Schools ) Goal: 75% in the Top Two Quarters 15 out of 22 schools that take TerraNova are below the standard in Mathematics compared to 9 in Reading. (graph not including RES)

3. 7 schools below 65% for 2 consecutive years 17 schools below 75% for 2 consecutive years

4. - SY 13-14 Kaiserslautern District 11 Middle and High Schools (enrollment 11,025) - SY 13-14 Japan District 9 Middle and High Schools (enrollment 8,418)

5. Kaiserslautern District has more than double the enrollment in the 9 th -12 th grades with 325 middle and high school teachers.
